Terms & conditions

These terms apply to every auction conducted by Vaulted VIP Auctions (“Vaulted VIP”, “we”). By registering to bid you accept them, together with the specific terms published for each auction.

Registration and bidding

All bidders must register and be approved before bidding. We may decline or revoke any registration at our discretion.
Every bid is a binding offer to purchase. The highest bid acknowledged at the close of the lot is the winning bid, and the auctioneer’s decision on any dispute is final.
Lots may carry a reserve. Where a lot is subject to a reserve, the auctioneer may bid on the seller’s behalf up to that amount.

Buyer’s premium and payment

A buyer’s premium, at the rate stated in each auction’s terms, is added to the hammer price. Applicable sales tax is charged where required by law.
Invoices are emailed after the auction and are due in full within seven (7) days. We accept major credit and debit cards and wire transfer. Unpaid lots may be cancelled and re-offered, and the bidder may be blocked from future auctions.

Authenticity and condition

Every item is inspected and authenticated before it is offered. If an item is proven not to be authentic, notify us in writing within seven (7) days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price on its return in the condition sold.
Items are pre-owned luxury goods and are sold as described; condition notes and photographs form part of the description. Please review them carefully and ask questions before bidding. Apart from the authenticity guarantee, all sales are final.

Shipping

Lots ship insured, with signature on delivery, within ten (10) business days of cleared payment. Shipping is charged to the buyer and quoted on the invoice. Please keep your address current before the auction closes; we do not ship to PO boxes.
International buyers are responsible for any duties and import taxes.
